Delivery Information

Orders received between Monday to Friday* are usually processed the same day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday*. If the item/s are delayed you will be contacted via email to advise that the item/s have been placed on back order and the expected delivery time, you can either cancel the order or wait until the backordered item/s are back in stock.

*Except New Zealand statutory holiday.

Delivery within New Zealand:

Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by Courier with track and trace. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery of your products, a dispatch email will be sent when the products are dispatched. Rural Delivery anywhere in New Zealand may incur additional freight costs; we will contact you prior to products being dispatched if there are additional costs.

International Delivery:

Deliveries will be made by New Zealand Post International, a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. Please allow 5-10 working days delivery of your products, a dispatch email will be sent when the products are dispatched.

We deliver to Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Hongkong, Philipppiines, United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium. If you live in another country and would like to enquire about delivery and quote, you are welcome to contact us.

Wholesale contact us for confirmation of freight rates and charges. Please note that there may be delays beyond our control due to customs clearance procedure in your country. You are responsible for purchasing products, which are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country.
